In Strife, the Oracle and Oracle Oracle's Spectre is immune to the first piece of the Sigil. This is done by design (like Macil) in order to properly progress through the game.
Vavoom does not reproduce this behavior, as the both the Oracle and Oracle's Spectre can be killed/damaged by the first sigil piece.
